Brain Health and Cognitive Resilience project is a key focus of Redleaf Cultural Integration's work in recent years. It provides people living with dementia (PLWD) or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and the caregivers with culturally appropriate social activities, public education and system navigation
in the Halton Chinese community and make everyone feel welcome and belong.
The Social Project is in collaboration with The Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand Norfolk, Hamilton Halton.
Building Belonging Project is in collaboration with The Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging (RIA). Funded by the Government of Canada’s New Horizon for Seniors Program.
